Returns & Exchanges


Can I return or exchange my order if the size is not correct or if I am not satisfied?

Yes! At N1 GOALKEEPER GLOVES, you can return or exchange non-personalized items, provided they meet the following conditions:

✅ The product is not personalized (no name printing).
✅ The product is unused and in new condition, preferably in the original packaging.


Order Confirmation


I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder.


Delivery Times


When will my order be delivered?

If a product is in stock, it is usually shipped the same or the next working day.


Shipping Costs


What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders from €50.

For orders below €50, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped quickly, so you can get on the pitch as soon as possible. 


Out of Stock


Will sold-out items be restocked?

Yes, our goalkeeper gloves are regularly restocked unless the product is discontinued. Want to know when a specific model will be available again? Feel free to contact us via info@n1-gloves.nl.

I have a complaint about a product, where can I report it?

Please send an email to info@n1-gloves.nl including:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • A photo of the problem.
  • Your order number.

We will review your complaint within 2 working days and provide an appropriate solution.
