RETURNS
Simply register your return via the 'return request' form
✔ You will receive a smart return label, which you can show on your smartphone at a parcel point.
They will take care of the label and stick it on your package.
✔ The return costs are € 4.95 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
⚠️ Please note: This label does not work at a PostNL parcel machine.
You can also return it yourself. Send your package (at your own expense) to:

Register your return in advance via info@n1-gloves.nl. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive your money back within 3 to 10 working days (minus the return costs).
EXCHANGE
Do you want a different size or model? No problem. Send an email to info@n1-gloves.nl. and we will arrange it. Exchanging an item because of the size is free of charge.
DAMAGED, WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER
Is there something wrong with your order? Let us know immediately via info@n1-gloves.nl.and we will fix it as soon as possible.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your item(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs are partly for your own account. These costs are standard 3.50 euros per package.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@n1-gloves.nl.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
