✔️ Scan this at a parcel point; they will print and stick the label for you.

✔️ Return costs: € 3.50 (will be deducted).

⚠️ This label does not work with a PostNL parcel machine.

✔️ Please notify your return in advance via info@n1-gloves.nl.

✔️ After receipt, we will process your return within 3 to 10 working days.

EXCHANGE

✔️ Need a different size or model?

✔️ Email us at info@n1-gloves.nl, and we’ll arrange it immediately.

✔️ Exchanges due to size are free of charge.

DAMAGED, WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER

Something wrong with your order? Let us know immediately via info@n1-gloves.nl, and we will fix it as soon as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

✔️ You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

✔️ After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order.

✔️ You will receive a full refund including shipping costs.

✔️ Return costs (€ 3.50) are at your own expense.

✔️ Return the item – if possible – in its original condition and packaging.
