At N1 GOALKEEPER GLOVES, quality comes first. We do everything we can to deliver goalkeeper gloves that meet the highest standards. Our products are made with care and craftsmanship, but if a problem does arise, we will be happy to help you.
You are legally entitled to a good product. Our standard warranty period is 1 month. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during normal use within that period, we will provide a suitable solution. This can be a repair or replacement, depending on our assessment and that of the manufacturer.
Important to know:
- Foam wear starts immediately upon use, but this does not affect the grip and functionality.
- Stitching seams are stitched by hand; if a stitching problem occurs within a short period of time, we will be happy to see how we can solve this.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
How do you report a warranty request?
If you experience a problem, we will be happy to solve it together with you. Send an email to info@n1-gloves.nl with:
✅ Your name and order number
✅ A clear explanation of the complaint
✅ A photo on which the problem is clearly visible
We will contact you as soon as possible and let you know what steps we will take.
When does the warranty not apply?
Our warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects, but not to:
❌ Wear and tear of the foam (this happens with every use)
❌ Damage due to incorrect or intensive use
❌ Fraying, ladders or defective zippers in clothing
Shipping costs under warranty
If your complaint is justified and we decide to replace it, the return costs are in principle for the customer. In some cases, an exception can be made.
