It may occasionally happen that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by emailing info@n1-gloves.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Additionally, for consumers in the EU, it is also possible to submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union's platform.
